The YouTube video showcases gameplay between the Imperials and Rebels in a team deathmatch mode. Most recently, actual gameplay footage of the Cato Neimoidia map has arrived onto YouTube. Note, of course, that you’ll need to own a copy of Battlefront II on PC for the mod to work properly. The beta features a Coruscant map, which Free Radical also planned for Battlefront III. While it’s not fully complete just yet, you can download the beta of the mod through its Moddb page. The Cato Neimoidia map is among those assets gleaned from the cancelled game. Legacy is unique from some other mods because it utilizes assets from Free Radical’s cancelled Battlefront III. I’ve written about the mod for Battlefront II before most recently after the modders released footage of the Cato Neimoidia map. Battlefront III: Legacy is an ambitious mod.
